🔒 Overview
devmate is a proprietary software platform developed and owned exclusively by Gaurav Kesh Roushan.
It is not open-source. No part of the software, source code, design, or related materials may be used, copied, distributed, disclosed, or modified without prior written permission from the author.
This license strictly prohibits any unauthorized use and protects all aspects of the platform, including:
- ✅ All source code, compiled artifacts, scripts, DevOps, and build systems
- ✅ All AI logic, recommendation engines, ranking algorithms, and matching pipelines
- ✅ All UI/UX components, frontend workflows, and visual or interaction designs
- ✅ The full architecture, including infrastructure setup, API contracts, and data models
- ✅ All chat systems (team, personal, and community) and their implementation details
- ✅ Authentication, authorization, and security frameworks
- ✅ Branding, logos, names, documentation, and marketing material
- ✅ All data analytics, user metrics, event systems, and dashboard flows
- ✅ Any integration logic, extensions, feature sets, or future enhancements
All rights are retained solely by the author. Any infringement will be subject to immediate legal action under applicable intellectual property, cybercrime, and contract enforcement laws.
❗ Prohibited Actions
Without explicit, written, and signed consent from the author, you may not:
- ❌ Copy, reproduce, or fork the repository or any part of its contents
- ❌ Distribute, sublicense, lease, or otherwise share the software
- ❌ Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
- ❌ Derive or build a competing product, feature, or service based on this platform

- ❌ Use the name “devmate” or any associated branding in a misleading or unauthorized manner
🤝 Collaborations & Access
- Any access, contribution, or partnership does not transfer ownership or license any part of the project.
- All access is limited, revocable, and under strict confidentiality.
- Contributors, testers, or collaborators may not retain, use, or reuse any part of the project after the collaboration ends unless explicitly permitted.
Contributor & Partnership Credit & Acknowledgment
- All collaborators, partners, or contributors who have made a substantial, approved contribution to the project will be publicly credited and acknowledged in official project documentation, release notes, or a dedicated “Contributors & Partners” section.
Each acknowledgment will include:
- Name (or agreed identifier) of the contributor or partner
- The time period of their active contribution or partnership
- The version(s) of the project involved
- A brief summary of the changes, features, improvements, or support provided

The form, placement, and method of acknowledgment will be determined by the author but will always ensure proper recognition of the contributor’s or partner’s role.

Such attribution will be retained permanently in the version history and changelogs for those specific versions.

If you have access to any portion of this software, you agree to:

- Abide by all relevant non-disclosure obligations
Breach of confidentiality will be treated as a legal violation and pursued accordingly.
